Adjacent and open to the living room is the sun room, with beautiful views of the ocean and the islands so close to the cottage. This room has a small dining table with two chairs from Maine Cottage and doubles as a delightful breakfast nook.

The dining room features a gorgeous 92" long dining table made of reclaimed wood from Restoration Hardware with a rusted metal base and a reclaimed wooden top. Comfortable Pottery Barn chairs with cushions and throw pillows make for long and memorable dinners with family and friends.

The gourmet kitchen features a new SS Bosch gas range and dishwasher and is very generously appointed with service for 18 dining and silverware service and service for 18 glassware, in addition to an abundance of new pots and pans, bakeware, casserole dishes and every small appliance you would expect in a generously appointed kitchen. A large stainless steel gas grill is just outside the kitchen on it's own small stone patio in the back yard.

The all-new dream kitchen features white and aqua cabinetry and gorgeous quartz countertops with a beautiful and huge kitchen island made of polished Mahogany butcher block wood and plenty of storage space. The chef's kitchen is fully appointed and outfitted with service for 24 dishes, glassware, and silverware and features an abundance of pots pans, all types of bakeware, a microwave, a Ninja blender, a large pancake griddle, waffle-maker, a lobster pot, a drip coffee maker, a toaster and every utensil and small appliance your would expect in a very well-appointed kitchen. It is perfectly set up for entertaining.

The large, bright and sunny dining room is on one side of the kitchen. A huge 96" farmhouse table and 12 comfortable Pottery Barn chairs are perfect for long dinner conversations.

The open living room features a comfy sofa and matching love seat plus three chairs (extra chairs can be brought in from the kitchen area), all surrounding the gas fireplace and Samsung Smart TV. The first floor also features a spacious side-entry mud room, perfect for coming in from the beach or the snow, with a beautiful powder room at the end. A very nice touch in the winter are the heated floors of both the side entrance and the power room.

​The house features two master bedrooms, both featuring fantastic Beauty Rest mattresses, Samsung flat screen TVs, ceiling fans, window a/cs and beautiful ocean views. Both are outfitted with 100% Egyptian Cotton percale sheets and custom-designed bed linens.

The third bedroom features a double bed and a twin bed, both with brand new mattresses and outfitted in high-end nautical bedding ensembles from Restoration Hardware. This bedroom has a ceiling fan and a window A/C.
