FIRST LEVEL

The first level of the home includes a fully equipped kitchen with island, and walk-in pantry.  The kitchen is well appointed with large dishware sets, glassware and all utensils, in addition to numerous pots and pans and tons of small appliances. 

 

Just beyond the kitchen is a light-filled dining room featuring a large dining table with seating for up to 10 people.  A spacious living room with gas fireplace is open to the dining room.  The living room includes two sofas and two comfortable club chairs that face the fireplace and a large flat screen TV is located above the fireplace.   

 

The living room also includes an area for kids to play, including a table and 2 chairs, set for a pretend dinner, with fun and colorful plates and cups and also children's scaled silverware to match the adult sets. In addition, we have an abundance of children's furniture in the home and many special toys, such as a wooden kitchen with pots and pans, a large wooden grocery store (stocked with groceries, a scanner, conveyer belt, a register), a kid's Weber grill with accessories, a wooden train set on a "train city" rug, a private little tea room, scaled just for little ones, with a table and two chairs set for tea service, outdoor kids' furniture, sand buckets and shovels and so much more.

The living room also offers a separate seating area with built-in bookcases, a sofa, a comfortable chair, and a desk.  There is a private den (with door), that could be used as an additional bedroom if needed.  The den includes a 27-inch Samsung flat screen TV, and a very comfortable high-quality Serta double sleeper sofa bed.

There are two bedrooms located on the first level.  One bedroom offers a brand new queen-sized bed dressed in Serena and Lilly bedding, a 32-inch Samsung Flatscreen, French antique bed and dresser, and a chair.  The second bedroom includes a double-sized bed, and a dresser.   A gorgeous new first floor bathroom features a fully-tiled tub and shower,  bead board walls and beautiful Carrera marble tile floors.

 

SECOND LEVEL

The second level includes a bedroom with gorgeous wrought-iron bed with a very high-end Beauty Rest Black king-sized bed, lots of large windows with peaks of the Portland skyline, a large lighted California Closet, two dressers and a 32" Samsung flatscreen, and a desk and chair.

A family bedroom includes a queen-sized bed plus two twin-sized beds (all great mattresses), a pack and play plus 2 very high-quality inflatable mattresses.  This bedroom features two kids' "secret hideaway" closets/mini rooms, one set up with a kids' table/chairs and tea service, the other a wooden train city.   There is also a sleeping loft with two twin beds dressed in Restoration Hardware bedding.

​The luxurious new "spa" bath features a very deep soaking tub, a feature wall of reclaimed wood and a stand-up double shower.​

No expense was sparred in furnishing and outfitting this beautiful new vacation home. The home is perfect for couples on vacation together, with two bedrooms and a full bath on the first floor and two large bedrooms, a sleeping loft for 2 and a full spa bathroom on the second floor.

​

The house also has been set up to accommodate large families very comfortably. We recently installed two on-demand hot water heaters so you never run out of hot water and there is never a need to pace showers or your watch your hot water usage. 

​

We are always available to help with our guests needs, as we live 2 minutes away. Pets will be considered at this home on an individual basis and only with prior approval and a pet fee.
